We always suggest individuals book one of our New Client Session as a starting point. This includes a 30 min movement assessment as well as a 60 min pain management massage session with a therapist. The movement assessment will revolve around a series of movements to help understand what’s limiting you. Once this assessment is completed, our therapist will proceed to develop a customized treatment plan for you.
Booking an appointment with us is super simple. Visit our appointments page to book with one of our therapists.

It’s important to be in tune with your body’s needs, and yes this goes beyond just exercise. You should take into account the muscles, connective tissue, and joints that keep you moving by indulging in bodywork. We recommend at least one bodywork session a month for athletes on the weekly grind and looking to avoid long-term injuries. For those with chronic ailments, once a week for at least 4 weeks should bring about a massive difference.
