Which session is right for you?
New Client Session
Our New Client Session includes a 30 min Movement Assessment and a 90 min Pain Management Massage Treatment. The total session length is 2 hours. The movement assessment is used to pinpoint the root cause of your issue.
During the Movement Assessment you will be taken through a series of gentle movements that assess flexibility, mobility and joint health. After the therapist conducts the movement assessment you will receive a 90 min Pain Management Massage treatment. Each treatment is customized based on your needs and level of pain. After the session you will also receive a series of exercises that are specific to your issue. This is highly recommended for clients with chronic pain or recent injuries.
Optimal Pain Management Massage
We recommend you book our Optimal Pain Management Massage if you are suffering with an acute injury, chronic pain condition or have recently had surgery. If this is your first session with us, we recommend booking one of our Optimal Movement Assessments before booking this session.
Your therapist will focus on a specific area of your body with the goal of improving the tissue quality of that area. Following the soft tissue treatment, your therapist will set aside 5-10 mins to show you a few exercises that are specific to your condition.
For example: if you are dealing with chronic low back pain, your therapist will use techniques that are specifically targeted and designed to help with relieving your low back pain. After the session your therapist will give you your corrective exercises for your low back pain. Your therapist might recommend a follow up session.
Optimal Recovery Massage
We recommend you book our Optimal Recovery Massage if you are looking for a session that will leave you feeling relaxed, restored and fully recovered.
Your therapist will integrate multiple techniques during this session including Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Over our 10+ years of experience we have found that integrating these techniques into one session is the best way for you to leave feeling fully restored and recovered.
Optimal Movement Therapy

During this session your therapist will take you through a series of movements that are specific to your individual needs. Your therapist will also help you develop an achievable movement therapy plan that will help you reduce your risk of injury.
Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine
The Optimal Wellness team of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners use a variety of different treatment therapies including: Acupuncture, Electroacupuncture or E-Stim, Infrared heat therapy, Gua Sha Chinese Herbal Medicine, Emotional Freedom Technique.
The practitioner inserts 5 or more hair-thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body that correspond to energy pathways, or meridians. This stimulation of the meridians relieves blockages that contribute to the symptoms of illness and chronic medical conditions. Acupuncture is a safe, pain-free way to treat a variety of physical ailments, from back pain to allergies, asthma, and weight gain.
